  1. Preheat oven to 380°F.
  2. Grease/oil a baking pan or line with parchment paper
  3. In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir in the milk.
  4. Form the biscuits on the baking sheet by placing large spoonfuls of the mix.
  5. Bake for about 18 minutes. Check to see how they're cooking depending on the size of the biscuits.
  6. Brush with melted butter and a little bit of onion powder and parsley. Bake another 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
