Spaghetti Squash
Ingredients
- 1 spaghetti squash
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Basil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F and line baking pan with parchment paper or foil
- Cut spaghetti squash in half vertically and scrape seeds out of center
- Brush each half with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Roast 45-55 minutes
- Remove from oven and use fork to scrape out the "spaghetti"
- Serve over marinara sauce of choice and recommend seasoning with basil, salt, and pepper
