Spaghetti Squash

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F and line baking pan with parchment paper or foil
  2. Cut spaghetti squash in half vertically and scrape seeds out of center
  3. Brush each half with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  4. Roast 45-55 minutes
  5. Remove from oven and use fork to scrape out the "spaghetti"
  6. Serve over marinara sauce of choice and recommend seasoning with basil, salt, and pepper
