Vinaigrette
Combine ingredients into mason jar or tupperware container. Recipe lasts about 7-10 days before ingredients separate and thicken.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard (recommend coarse ground dijon mustard)
- 2 medium garlic cloves, pressed or minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- [Optional] 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
